A: Yes , we sell only 100% real fur products.
Q: Why are your prices so low ?
A: Several reasons - We manufacture our own garments with no immediators or send our fur pelts to certified and experienced partners when a client requests us an spsecial custom order.
- We buy our raw material directly from the source ( Kopenhagen , Hong Kong , N.America auctions) when it comes to fur skins and from fur making factories located in Northern Greece when it comes to pieces and sections.
- We buy in quantities.
- Greece has a lower labor cost compared to most western countries
Q: Where do you ship ?
A: We ship all over the world. We use the greek ELTA postal service and EMS , DHL , USPS , UPS , FEDEX .
Q : Do you sell used furs ?
A: No , all of our products are unworn , unused. Up to now we have never sold a used fur . If we do so in the future ,we will state it Clearly and Prominently in the description.
Q: Do you sell stock or vintage furs ?
A: 98% or more of our advertised items are Brand New . If a model is stock or vintage it is Clearly and Prominently described as one .
Q: Do you make custom made products ?
A: Yes we do , in a variety if styles , colors . Send us a photo with your measurements and we will deliver . For more info you should click on the 'Make Your Own' link on the top of all of our pages.
Q: How do i know which size is best for me ?
A: At the bottom of every product 'Detailed Description' there is a size chart both in inches and cm . Consult it . For detailed measurements info click on the link " Measurements' at the top of all of our pages . Furs are high ticket items and you will want them to fit properly . Sizes run different from country to country and pattern to pattern. You should take a few moments and a measurement tape and we will do the rest for you.
Q: If it does not fit , can i change it ?
A: Yes you can , no questions asked , provided that shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Q: Do you accept returns ?
A: All of our products except for custom made ones are fully refundable minus shipping costs involved.
Q: What is the difference between full skin garments and sectional furs ?
A: Full skin garments are made of the dorsal area of the skin . They are consistent throughout and they cost much more . Sectional fur garments are made of the parts of the skin that remain after the dorsal area has been removed ( e.g heads , tails , legs , bellies) but always only fom the very same skin part or if mixed they must have a geometrical pattern. Their quality , endurance and warmth is equal to full skin coats . Their price is significantly lower but they do not have the ultimate consistency and homogenity of a full skin coat.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
