A quick update for our U.S. customers: orders shipped from Europe are subject to a 15% import tariff, which must be paid by the customer. FedEx will deliver your package normally, and about 15 days later you’ll receive an invoice from FedEx (by mail or email) with details on how to pay the tariff.

In order to mitigate this extra cost we are offering a 15% discount on our products.

Q: How much will i have to pay ?

A: Practical example : Assuming you are purchasing a black mink fur coat listed at 1000 usd on our website.By applying the discount code SKFNOTARIFF you will be charged 850$ by us on checkout.

Fedex will deliver the item to you and within 15 days you will receive an invoice to pay for the tariff which in this case is 150$

Practically the total amount paid by you is the original listed price of 1000 usd

Notes on Free Shipping:

  • Free shipping applies to orders over $100.

International Taxes Policy

Our items maybe subject to custom taxes in some  countries outside the European Union . The buyer carries the responsibility for covering the import fees,if any. 

Returns Policy 

Do you need to make a request for a return ? Contact us at customerhelp@skandinavikfur.com and we will naswer within  12 hours !

Returns are accepted. Items will have to be shipped back within 14 days from the time they were received in order to be eligible for return. Items must be delivered back in the original state they were received. Buyers will be fully refunded within 24 hours after the item has been returnedOriginal  shipping costs are covered by us and return shipping as well. We will only accept shipping services that provide online tracking. There is no limit to the time it will take for an item to be delivered back. We have been shipping all over the world and we know that delays due to custom offices and many unpredictable factors may occur.If a customer refuses to accept delivery of their parcel, the shipment will be returned to us by the courier. In such cases, all shipping costs (both outbound and return) will be the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Once item is returned you will receive a refund to your original payment method

Custom orders are not eligible for a refund. Items that do not fit are not eligible either unless we send you by mistake a size other than what you have ordered. Please advise our measurements guide. However we want all our buyers to be happy. If you are not satisfied with a custom order or in the case of misfit you may exchange the item with another of equal value, be granted for merchandise credit or return it for further modifications.
