Our items maybe subject to custom taxes in some countries outside the European Union . The buyer carries the responsibility for covering the import fees ,if any.
Returns Policy

Returns are accepted. Items will have to be shipped back within 14 days from the time they were received in order to be eligible for return. Items must be delivered back in the original state they were received. Buyers will be fully refunded within 24 hours after the item has been returned. Original shipping costs are covered by us and return shipping costs by buyer. We will only accept shipping services that provide online tracking. There is no limit to the time it will take for an item to be delivered back. We have been shipping all over the world and we know that delays due to custom offices and many unpredictable factors may occur.

Custom orders are not eligible for a refund. Items that do not fit are not eligible either unless we send you by mistake a size other than what you have ordered. Please advise our measurements guide. However we want all our buyers to be happy. If you are not satisfied with a custom order or in the case of misfit you may exchange the item with another of equal value, be granted for merchandise credit or return it for further modifications.
