A quick update starting from 19th of december 2025  for our U.S. customers: orders shipped from Europe are subject to a 15% import tariff

Import Duties and Taxes for U.S. Customers

The prices you pay include applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by U.S. authorities, which we calculate and collect at checkout to provide a seamless delivery experience.

Please note that if you choose to return a product, your refund will be issued for the purchase price minus any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that were paid on your behalf. This is because these fees are collected by government agencies and are non-refundable by our company.

We encourage all U.S. customers to review import regulations and fees before placing an order.

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 6–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Notes on Free Shipping:

  • Free shipping applies to orders over $100.
  • This offer does not apply to orders placed using the “Make an Offer” function.
  • Fur blankets and plates are not eligible for free shipping.

2. Expedited Shipping

  • Worldwide Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx
  • Cost: $70 USD

International Taxes Policy

Our items maybe subject to custom taxes in some  countries outside the European Union . The buyer carries the responsibility for covering the import fees,if any.

Returns are accepted. Items will have to be shipped back within 14 days from the time they were received in order to be eligible for return. Items must be delivered back in the original state they were received. Buyers will be fully refunded within 24 hours after the item has been returnedOriginal  shipping costs are covered by us and return shipping as well. We will only accept shipping services that provide online tracking. There is no limit to the time it will take for an item to be delivered back. We have been shipping all over the world and we know that delays due to custom offices and many unpredictable factors may occur.If a customer refuses to accept delivery of their parcel, the shipment will be returned to us by the courier. In such cases, all shipping costs (both outbound and return) will be the responsibility of the buyer.

How to make a return?

2. You’ll get an email with return instructions
3. Once item is returned you will receive a refund to your original payment method

Custom orders are not eligible for a refund. Items that do not fit are not eligible either unless we send you by mistake a size other than what you have ordered. Please advise our measurements guide. However we want all our buyers to be happy. If you are not satisfied with a custom order or in the case of misfit you may exchange the item with another of equal value, be granted for merchandise credit or return it for further modifications.
